The cargo. The route. The handoff. Start with what you know, and tell us what still needs to be worked out.
The goods and the receiving requirements belong in the same conversation.

Tell us what needs to move and where it needs to go. Include the pickup and delivery locations, approximate weight, dimensions and how the shipment is packaged.
Dock access, loading needs and site restrictions help define the request. Equipment, route availability and the scope of work must be confirmed for each shipment.
If your request is time-sensitive, put the required date and time near the top of your message. Tell us when the goods will be ready and whether the receiving location has an appointment window.
Express requests are subject to review. Sending an inquiry does not confirm availability, a transit time or a delivery commitment.
A shipment can involve more than the journey itself. Describe the pickup, any warehouse-related tasks and the receiving arrangements so the connections between them are clear.
If part of the plan is undecided, say so. You can contact ARTCORE with an outline before you have every detail.
